Privacy Policy — Spelling Stickers

This privacy policy applies to the Spelling Stickers app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Brain Reaction, based in Belgium (the "Service Provider"). This service is provided "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application stores data locally on your device, including a player name (optionally entered), progress through spelling exercises, earned stickers, and in-app settings (such as language preference). The Application does not collect location data, does not use advertising networks, does not use analytics services, and does not require an email address or account registration.

Third Party Access

The Application uses the following third-party services for distribution and development:

• Google Play Services — Android app distribution
• Expo — the development framework powering the app

The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or otherwise share user data with any other third parties.

Your Rights (GDPR — EU/EEA users)

Because the Service Provider is based in Belgium, EU/EEA users have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be). COPPA Notice (United States users)

The Application is directed in part at children and may be available in the United States. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children as defined under COPPA: no email address, account, or directly identifying information is requested or required. The optional player name is stored only on the device and is never transmitted anywhere. Parents who believe their child has provided personal information through the Application, or who have questions about our COPPA compliance, can contact us at keersmaekersjan@gmail.com.

Opt-Out Rights and Data Retention

All data can be removed by uninstalling the Application or using any in-app reset option. Because no data is stored on the Service Provider's servers, no further action is required to erase your information.

Children

Spelling Stickers is designed for children and is intended to be used under parental supervision. Parents and guardians can remove all data at any time by uninstalling the app. Questions or removal requests: keersmaekersjan@gmail.com.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
