Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of all applications published on Google Play by Brain Reaction (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By downloading or using any Application, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application;
• use the Application for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to extract the source code or create derivative works.

3. Changes to the Application

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Application at any time without prior notice. The Service Provider is not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

4. In-App Purchases

Some Applications offer optional paid features or content ("In-App Purchases"). All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. The Service Provider does not handle payment information directly.

In-App Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact keersmaekersjan@gmail.com.

5. Third-Party Services

The Applications may use or link to third-party services such as Google Play Services or Expo. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use any Application in a way that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation;
• infringes the rights of any third party;
• interferes with the operation of the Application or related infrastructure;
• attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within the Applications are the property of the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable. Use of the Application is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use any Application.

10. Children

The Applications are not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is using an Application without your consent, please contact keersmaekersjan@gmail.com.

11. Termination

These terms remain in effect for as long as you use any Application. The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of any Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
