This privacy policy applies to all applications published on Google Play by Brain Reaction (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). Each Application is provided as-is, either as a free, freemium, or paid service.

What Information Is Collected

Depending on the specific Application, the Service Provider may collect the following categories of information:

• Basic device information such as operating system version, used to ensure correct functioning of the Application.
• Usage data such as screens or features accessed and time spent in the Application, collected in aggregate and anonymised form.
• Information you explicitly provide, such as an email address, when required by a specific feature (e.g. email alerts).

The Service Provider does not collect precise location data.
The Service Provider does not use Artificial Intelligence technologies to process your personal data.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Where an Application integrates with a third-party service (such as Google Sign-In or Google Photos), access is limited strictly to what is needed for the feature you use, and your data is not transmitted to any server operated by the Service Provider.

How Information Is Used

Information collected is used solely to:

• operate and improve the Applications;
• respond to support requests;
• send important notices related to the Application, where you have provided contact details.

Third-Party Services

Some Applications use third-party services that have their own privacy policies. Common third-party services used across Applications include:

• Google Play Services
• Expo

The Service Provider may disclose information only:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when necessary in good faith to protect rights, safety, or to investigate fraud;
• with trusted service providers acting on the Service Provider's behalf, who are bound by this policy.

Data Storage and Retention

Where personal data is stored locally on your device, it remains under your control and can be removed by uninstalling the Application. Where the Service Provider retains any user-provided data, it will be kept only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Children

The Applications are not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an Application, please contact keersmaekersjan@gmail.com.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable technical and procedural measures to protect your information. Authentication tokens, where applicable, are stored in encrypted local storage on your device.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• request access to any personal data the Service Provider holds about you;
• request correction or deletion of your personal data;
• withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the Application.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of an Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
